Our platform acts only as an authorized intermediary for product display and lead sharing. The actual seller handles pricing, payment (COD), and delivery.

6. Pricing & Payments

• Prices shown are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are indicative. Final price will be confirmed by the seller when they contact you.
• Your Brand does not take any payment from you. We do not accept online payment or any form of payment.
• Payment is Cash on Delivery (COD) only. The seller will collect the amount at the time of delivery.
• We do not store or process any payment information, as we do not collect money from users.

7. Interest Submission & Cancellation

• When you submit your details, we share them with the seller. The seller will contact you to confirm the order and final price.
• You may withdraw your interest or cancel before the seller dispatches by contacting the seller or our support.
• We reserve the right to not pass your details to the seller in case of suspicious or invalid information.

8. Shipping & Delivery

• Shipping and delivery are handled by the seller. Our Shipping Policy describes the general process.
• Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. The seller will coordinate delivery and collect COD payment at delivery.
• Delays caused by courier partners or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.

9. Returns & Refunds

• Returns and refunds are between you and the seller. Our Return & Refund Policy describes the general process.
• Since payment is COD only, any refund is handled by the seller as per their policy (e.g. bank transfer or UPI) after inspection and approval.

10. Intellectual Property & Brand Rights

• Website content (text, layout, design) belongs to our platform
• All trademarks, brand names, logos, and product identities belong to their respective owners
• Unauthorized reproduction or misuse of content or brand material is strictly prohibited

11. Limitation of Liability

• Delays beyond reasonable control
