We do not sell or take any payment from you; payment is Cash on Delivery (COD) only, collected by the seller at delivery. 2. Processing Your Interest
- After you submit your details, we pass them to the seller. The seller will contact you to confirm the product, price, and delivery.
- Once confirmed with the seller, they typically process and dispatch within 1–3 business days (Sundays and public holidays excluded).
- Delivery and COD payment are the seller’s responsibility.
3. Shipping Locations
- The seller currently ships within India only
- International addresses are not supported
4. Delivery Timelines
Estimated delivery timelines after dispatch:
- Metro & major cities: 3–7 business days
- Other locations: 5–10 business days
Delivery timelines are estimated and may vary depending on location, courier availability, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.
5. Courier & Logistics Partners
- Orders are shipped through reliable third-party courier and logistics partners
- Courier partners are selected based on serviceability and delivery performance
- Courier partner assignment may vary depending on delivery location
Our platform does not directly control courier operations but coordinates delivery support where required.
6. Shipping Charges
- We do not charge you anything. Any shipping or product cost is as per the seller and will be communicated when they contact you.
- Payment is COD only—you pay the seller at the time of delivery (no online payment to us).
7. Order Tracking
- Once dispatched, tracking details are shared via SMS, email, or WhatsApp
- Customers can track shipment status using the provided tracking link
- Tracking updates are dependent on courier partner systems
8. Delivery Attempt & Customer Responsibility
- Courier partners will attempt delivery at the address provided by the customer
- Customers must ensure accurate and complete delivery information
- Failed deliveries due to incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal may result in return to origin
In such cases, re-shipping or cancellation may be subject to additional charges.
9. Delayed or Lost Shipments
- Delays caused by courier partners, weather, strikes, or operational issues are beyond our direct control
- In case of excessive delays or lost shipments, customers should contact our support team
- We will coordinate with the courier partner to resolve the issue as per their policies
10. Damaged Packages During Transit
- If a package appears visibly damaged at delivery, customers are advised to refuse delivery and inform us immediately
- If damage is noticed after delivery, contact support within 24 hours with images

11. Undelivered / Returned Orders
- Orders returned due to customer unavailability, refusal, or incorrect address may not be eligible for free re-dispatch
- Refunds (if applicable) will be processed after deduction of shipping and handling charges
