Our Store
At our platform, we only showcase products and share your details with the authorized seller. We do not sell or take any payment from you; payment is Cash on Delivery (COD) only, collected by the seller at delivery. This Return & Refund Policy describes how returns and refunds generally work for products you receive after expressing interest on our platform.
Actual returns and refunds are handled by the seller. By submitting your interest on our website, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
2. Return Eligibility
A product may be eligible for return only if:
- The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery
- The return request is raised within 7 days of receiving the product
- The product is unused, unwashed, and in original condition
- Original tags, labels, and packaging are intact
Returns will not be accepted for:
- Products damaged due to misuse or wear & tear
- Products without original packaging or tags
- Items returned after the return window
3. Return Request Process
To request a return, customers must:
- Contact our customer support within 7 days of delivery
- Share order ID and reason for return
- Provide clear images or videos (if requested) for verification
Return requests are subject to inspection and approval.
4. Pickup & Reverse Shipping
- Approved returns may be picked up by our logistics partner, depending on service availability
- If reverse pickup is unavailable, customers may be asked to self-ship the product
- Return shipping instructions will be shared by our support team
5. Refund Policy
We do not take any payment from you (payment is COD with the seller). Refunds are handled by the seller. Typically, once a return is approved and the product is received by the seller:
- The seller may initiate refund (e.g. via bank transfer or UPI) within 5–7 business days
- Since we do not collect payment, we do not process refunds; the seller does

6. Cancellation
- You may withdraw your interest or cancel before the seller dispatches by contacting the seller or our support
- Once the seller has dispatched, cancellation is not possible; returns would follow the return process with the seller
- We may choose not to pass your details to the seller in case of suspicious or invalid information
7. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items may be non-returnable due to hygiene or category restrictions. Such details, if applicable, will be clearly mentioned on the product page.
8. Brand Responsibility Disclaimer
Our platform acts as an authorized sales and service platform.
Product quality, manufacturing standards, and warranties (if any) are the responsibility of the respective brand and seller.
However, our platform ensures customer support, order handling, and issue resolution as per platform policies.
9. Policy Abuse & Fraud Prevention
- Excessive or suspicious return activity may lead to account restriction
- Returns made with false claims may be rejected
- We reserve the right to take necessary action to prevent misuse of this policy
